Google Steals From New Indie Developers…
Ok. Let me just drop the facts instead of ranting and raving about the theft Google Play Console does to PAYING developers (me, and MANY others) who have PAID to use their platform…
There are MANY people i have come across on forums on the web and MANY have stressed how their accounts were wrongfully terminated based on FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION of their apps which got them suspended!
So, here is the PROOF and EVIDENCE to show that GOOGLE STEALS FROM POOR PEOPLE (INDEPENDENT DEVELOPERS) by WRONGFULLY TERMINATING their Google Play developers account they PAID for based on UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTISES, FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, GROSS NEGLIGENCE and the LIKES!
You might make note of the username and photo icon change in the screenshots below. I created this gmail account literally not to long ago (that was then) for the purpose of this business so, there was still some profile editing to do.

It might be hard for you to read what is written in the email so i will summarize what is being said or you can always click the images to enlarge them.
The First Suspension Emails From Thomas.
I got this appeal email from Thomas after i got my first suspension for My War Card Game app. The app allowed users to be able to make money by playing and collecting points/credits and when users have won enough points/credits they can redeem/cash out a cash prize in exchange for the points/credits. I was confused, nerves and my heart was beating heard in my chest when i got the email claiming that my app violate the gambling policy. (Screenshots below.)
If you take a look at the bottom of the screenshot below you will see the username Jimmy John, my VA who’s been helping do all this stuff, stated in reply to the email, “thank you for your reply! i was told that cash payouts were allowed on the google play store… is this not the case? yes users can cash out once they reach the threshold by collecting credits but there is no betting and/or waging in the app. or is there only certain apps that are allowed to have cash payouts.”
Thomas then gave his input and and it was left at that. When i got the word i was semi-convinced that maybe i had violated some VAGUE grey area policy… (Screenshot below.)
There is more to this conversation but i am going stop here because i want to put all the events in chronological order. You can check the time the emails where sent in the screenshots. This convo was from Thomas and i will mention him again below when we get there!
So, after this conversation it hit me! I have more apps in REVIEW that are similar to my War Card Game app that allows users to make money by collecting points/credits and cashing in/redeem their prize.
So, what do i do?
I contacted the “support” to let them know about the apps in REVIEW, telling them to DISALLOW the apps before they get APPROVED because i was afraid i would get suspensions for them and have my account terminated! An account i literally ONLY had for less then a WEEK at this point! LOL **Sad Song… weep weep** (Screenshots below.)
Email From Claire.
Despite the fact that i contacted this NO GOOD “support” letting them know my CONCERNS about my apps in review and DESPITE the FACT that the “support” ACKNOWLEDGED my concerns STATING that she has CHECKED my account and that the “TEAM” is reviewing my app, i STILL got a suspension for the app, BingoMini – Win Real Cash, RIGHT OUT OF REVIEW the NEXT day making it the second! Was i subjected to unfair treatment and business practises? I then, of course contact the “support” asking them why was i issued a suspension which goes against the standing of my account and here was the reply. (Screenshots below.)
Second Suspension Email From Jerome.
After i got my second suspension i contacted Claire, the “support”, again PLEADING for HELP, asking why i was given a suspension instead of a rejection despite the fact that told them about the apps while they were STILL IN REVIEW! (Screenshots below.)
Remember up above, the convo with Thomas? Well, here is where that convo resumes. When i got that second suspension i went back to make a reply on how there is NO consideration for NEW INDEPENDENT DEVELOPERS! For these people to just TAKE our money and DISH OUT the most HARSH punishment for mistakes we might or might not have done as if we did them with malice intent! (Screenshot below.)
The 2 screenshots below are the 2 attachment files that are in the screenshot above. They show the content rating question and the content rating certificate i was given when my apps was approved.
So! Back to the second suspension email! The next day Jerome emailed me the suspension details and why my app was suspended. (Screenshots below.)
When i got the reply from the “support”and attached was the screenshot “EVIDENCE” of gambling i literally almost fell to the floor dying of laughter! LOL I couldn’t believe it! This so-called “support” literally pointed from the “PLAY NOW” button to the “bingo call sign” and from the “CASH OUT” button to the “CREDIT” count text! (Screenshot below.)
As you can see my reply below, i told the “support” that the numbers he is pointing to has nothing to do with betting/wagering of points/credits and that those numbers are the “bingo” call signs and not the facilitation of bets/wagers! I also attached some screenshots of my own of what the definition of “bet” and “wager” are since it seemed like they had trouble understanding. (Screenshots below.)
But the “support” didn’t care that his evidence was FRAUDULENT! At first, maybe, it was a simple mistake… and error… maybe a hint of NEGLIGENCE! But after i addressed him on this “mistake” letting him know that those numbers were NOT the facilitation of betting/wagering of points/credits but the BINGO call signs, the lettered numbers CALLED in order to PLAY the GAME by checking them off the BINGO CARD, he didn’t CARE! Nonetheless he disregarded my protest keeping the FRAUDULENT suspension intact!
After getting the screenshot “proof” for this FRAUDULENT violations of the gambling policy from Jerome i kinda felt relieved a bit! After all, from the screenshot he gave me as proof of gambling i thought they had made a mistake since they were pointing to NON-GAMBLING elements in my app! And that it will all be resolved soon! Boy was i MISTAKEN!
I then contacted Claire once again to see if MAYBE she can help me resolve the harsh and unfair treatment i was being SUBJECTED to and to get the suspensions overturned due to their FRAUDULENT misrepresentation. (Screenshots below.)
I told her that the numbers pointing to the BINGO call signs had NOTHING to do with gambling, i then asked her how does the sentence, “You need 3000 credits in order to cash out” prove or facilitate the actions of gambling but i got no reply. (2 Screenshots below.)
My Third And Final Suspension!
About 4 days later i received my final suspension for another one of my apps that allowed users to win cash prizes! An app that i had TOLD the so-called “support” about while it was STILL in review! But the “support” in their GROSS NEGLIGENCE and UNFAIR business practises approved the app only to give me another suspension like they did my BINGO app! (Screenshot below.)
With this suspension my account was terminated! **weep weep** (Screenshots Below.)
I tried showing the “support” OTHER app developers/COMPANIES, who ALSO give out cash prizes and i tried telling the “support” that there are COUNTLESS games from developers that allow users to redeem/cash out points/credits for cash prizes and gift cards. But of course they did not care what i had to say! (Screenshots below.)
I then pointed out that the conversations i had with Claire and Jerome (2 attachment files above) and that the 2 suspensions i got shouldn’t be allowed to stand against my account since i informed them of the apps while they were in REVIEW! (Screenshots of the 2 attachments above.)
Even though i contacted this NO GOOD “support” letting them know that i might have made an error, submitting apps that violate NON-EXISTENT, VAGUE policies… even though that “support” had told me they would look into it… and even when i got the suspension Jerome claimed that would NOT go against the standing of my account…
ALL THAT WAS SAID BY THE ‘SUPPORT’, WAS A LIE! As my account was TERMINATED!
I filed an appeal for my third suspended app an till this date they REFUSE to elaborate why my app was suspended! They said they will get back to me in 72 hours but they have not! And it doesn’t seem like they plan to… (Screenshots below.)
I also ended up submitting ANOTHER reinstatement appeal for my account, STRESSING what had happened to me and till this date… NO REPLY! (Screenshot below.)
And with that, i had my account terminated in LESS than 2 weeks…
That’s How Google TREATS Indie Developers!
I Contacted Claire asking her for the initial message (the message of me STRESSING MY CONCERNS, TELLING THESE THIEVES TO REJECT MY APPS FROM BEING PUBLISHED) that resulted in the creation of the email ticket but she gave me NO reply! (Screenshot below.)
Was i in the wrong? Couldn’t all of this been prevented? Let me know what you think in the comment section below!
To use the google play console is not FREE! Developers have to pay a $25 registration fee! This is how they TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS! Where was the support?
If my apps DID violate their VAGUE policies… WHERE WAS THE CONSIDERATION? Considering the fact that i CONTACTED these THIEVES, telling them to disallow/reject my apps for concerns thats they might be in violation of their VAGUE policies…
The apps in question were STILL in REVIEW! So, it couldn’t be said that the EXPOSURE of these apps on their platform was said and done…
I have suffered NOTHING but UNFAIR treatment due to their UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTISES!
FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION of my apps allowed them to be SUSPENDED!
And GROSS NEGLIGENCE allowed those suspension to hold weight resulting in the WRONGFUL TERMINATION of my account!
I have tried contacting a few lawyers but NONE of them want anything to do with this case. Some had told me that there is nothing they can do while the LOT haven’t even returned my call or email messages…
I am hesitant, and i have thought of starting a gofundme… LOL I don’t want to come off as BEGGING for money for legal fees…
So, instead i created a facebook group in the HOPES that people who also have been defrauded by google can come together, collect all the evidence we need to start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! Because i have NO DOUBT others have faced this TYRANNY and THEFT but unable to do anything about it on their own!
